Do you accept PayPal?

Yes! Actually, PayPal is my only payment gateway. They offer secure payment and no bank details are shared with me.

Is your jewellery handmade?

Every piece is designed and assembled by me. I buy clasps, rings, chain, charms and pendants to add to my pieces and they are all from suppliers that I trust. In most cases there will be a 925 stamp if there is room for it, and I can provide authenticity certificates for the gemstones if you want them.

How can I contact you?

I have chosen not to put my phone number on the website as I am a one-wonky-woman-band who works full-time during the day. However, once we are in touch, if we need to chat, I will happily provide my number.

Are your gemstones, pearls and amber real?

Yes! I use genuine gemstones, pearl and amber and try to buy natural rather than treated, though it is not always an option.

If you are uncertain, I can provide the Certificate Of Authenticity that my supplier provides with each gemstone purchase.

I sometimes use sea-glass pieces and goldstone (which is not a stone), but will always let you know in the description what materials are used.

Is your packaging recycled / recyclable?

I do my very best to use recycled or recyclable packaging wherever possible. This includes greeting cards, tissue paper, postcards, flyers and gift boxes. That said, I do not want to compromise on quality or have to increase the cost to my customer, but will continually look for opportunities in this area.

When will my item arrive?

Once payment is verified in PayPal, I will dispatch within 1-3 working days.

I dispatch from the UK, so delivery times vary;

  • UK > 3-5 days
  • Europe > 1-2 weeks
  • USA > 2-3 weeks
  • Canada > can take up to 2 months due to their customs and postal services

How do I return an item?

If for some reason you are not happy with your order, I offer a full refund/exchange once the item is returned to me as outlined below.

Please notify me within 48 hours of receipt of the item and return it to me in its original unused condition with its original packaging (if possible), within 14 working days of delivery. I would suggest you use a tracked delivery method at your own cost as you will be responsible for the returned item until it reaches me.

Please email me outlining the problem and whether you would like a refund, exchange or repair. I will do my best to resolve any problems or queries that you may have.

Delivery Information

Once payment has been verified and received I will aim to dispatch within 3 business days (excluding weekends and UK Bank Holidays). In the unlikely event that I will not be able to do so then I will send an email to let you know and offer a full refund if the delay is not acceptable to you.

  • Europe 1-2 weeks
  • USA 2-3 weeks
  • Canada can take up to 2 months due to their customs and postal services

Cancellations / Returns and Exchange Details

If for some reason you are not happy with your order, I offer full refund/exchange/repair once the item is returned to me as outlined below.

Cancellations

I ship your item within 1-3 working days of purchase (usually the next morning) so if you wish for a cancellation please notify me asap and before the item is shipped. Once the item is shipped I offer refund/exchange/repair as per below.

Refund/exchange/repair

Please notify me as soon as you can, but within 14 days of receipt of the item and return it to me in its original unused condition with its original packaging (if possible), within 14 working days of delivery (you pay for returning the item). I will process the refund as soon as I have received the item back. Please email me outlining the problem and whether you would like a refund, exchange or repair.
